Wir haben Ende Juli als Familie mit drei Kindern eine knapp zweiwöchige Tour durch Radjastan mit Ashoks Taxiunternehmen unternommen und waren absolut zufrieden. Manish half uns bei der Tourenplanung und beriet uns zu Hotels, sodass wir im Vorfeld relativ entspannt der Reise entgegensehen konnten.

Wir hatten eine erlebnisreiche und spannende Zeit in Indien und haben viel über Kultur und Leute gelernt. Hierbei ist insbesondere unser lokaler Taxifahrer Bittoo erwähnenswert, der uns in seiner ruhigen, unaufdringlichen Art zu jeder Zeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand und zur Erfüllung jeglicher Wünsche, sei es das Reiten von Marwari-Pferden oder Kamelen in der Wüste, oder einen spontanen Frisörbesuch entscheidend beigetragen hat. Sein Leitspruch war: "Everything is possible with Bittoo!". Dabei fuhr er uns zu jeder Zeit sicher durch den verrückten indischen Straßenverkehr, war immer pünklich und hatte das Auto jeden Morgen perfekt gesäubert. Er beriet uns zu allen "Does" and "Don'ts" und zeigte uns Orte, an die wir ohne ihn nie gefunden hätten. Wie er dies ganz ohne Benutzung eines Navigationsgerätes hinbekam, blieb uns ein Rätsel . Wir werden ihn sehr vermissen!
Zum Ende der Reise lud uns Ashok noch auf einen Tee bei seiner wunderbaren Familie ein, sodass die Reise einen runden und gelungenen Abschluss fand.

At the end of July, our family of three children took a nearly two-week tour through Rajasthan with Ashok’s taxi company, and we were absolutely satisfied. Manish helped us plan the tour and advised us on hotels, so we were able to look forward to the trip with relative ease beforehand.
We had an eventful and exciting time in India and learned a lot about the culture and the people. Our local taxi driver, Bittoo, deserves special mention here; with his calm, unassuming manner, he was always there to offer advice and assistance, and played a crucial role in making all our wishes come true—whether it was riding Marwari horses or camels in the desert, or a spontaneous trip to the barber. His motto was: “Everything is possible with Bittoo!” He drove us safely through the chaotic Indian traffic at all times, was always on time, and had the car perfectly cleaned every morning. He advised us on all the “dos” and “don’ts” and showed us places we would never have found without him. How he managed to do this without using a GPS remained a mystery to us . We’re going to miss him so much!
At the end of the trip, Ashok invited us over for tea with his wonderful family, bringing the trip to a perfect and successful close.

We had a great experience with Ashok’s Taxi Tours. Ashok was our driver and was fantastic from start to finish. The car was clean and safe, and he very clearly let us know what to expect at each stop.

We had a 2:30 AM pickup from Delhi, so having a safe, reliable driver was really important. If you want to see the Taj Mahal with hardly anyone around, this is definitely the way to do it. Ashok made the whole morning easy and stress-free.

As an added bonus, he even had cash on hand when we realized we didn’t have any for the entrance fees, which was a huge help.

We’d definitely use Ashok again and will be recommending him to our friends!

I perioden fra den 26. april til den 15. maj havde vi den store fornøjelse at rejse rundt i Indisk Himalaya. Delhi, Nainital, Kausani, Rishikesh, Haridwar, Chandigarh, Shimla, Rewalsar, Amritsar ... det er nu anden gang, at vi anvender Ashok's Taxitour, og ligesom sidste gang var det bare en helt fantastisk tur med masser af oplevelser, som vi aldrig glemmer.

Turen forløb helt uden problemer, og vi vil hermed på det kraftigste anbefale Ashok's Taxi Tour til alle, som overvejer et roadtrip i Nordindien. Det er det mest troværdige selskab, man kan forestille sig, og man er altid i trygge hænder, mens såvel køretøjer som chauffører er i topklasse.

Endvidere er familien Ashok de mest gæstfrie mennesker, man kan forestille sig, så man føler sig som en del af familien.

Vi skal helt sikkert snart til Indien igen, og det bliver også helt sikkert med Ashok's Taxitour. Tak for endnu en fantastisk tur.

From April 26 to May 15, we had the great pleasure of travelling around the Indian Himalayas. Delhi, Nainital, Kausani, Rishikesh, Haridwar, Chandigarh, Shimla, Rewalsar, Amritsar… this was now the second time we used Ashok’s Taxi Tour, and just like last time, it was an absolutely fantastic trip filled with unforgettable experiences.
