Especially we would like to mention our very friendly and experiences driver who accommodated all our special requests.

Fast 5 Wochen und 5300 km von Varanasi nach Delhi (Reiseverlauf und Fotos: ott-travel.blogspot.com) liegen hinter uns.

Wir fragen uns immer noch, wie es unserem Fahrer Ajit gelingen konnte, zielsicher ohne Karte und ohne GPS die entlegensten Winkel zu finden, ohne sich ein einziges Mal zu verfahren.

Er war immer pünktlich, zuverlässig, ausgeglichen und überaus hilfsbereit. Wir hatten unterwegs viel Spaß miteinander und erfuhren viel über Hinduismus und indische Tradition. Dank seiner Unterstützung traf uns das "money problem" nicht ganz so hart. Er stellte sich sogar für uns in lange ATM-Warteschlangen. Während der ganzen Reise fühlten wir uns mit ihm überaus sicher und gut aufgehoben inmitten des oft chaotischen indischen Straßenverkehrs.

Er machte alle unsere Wünsche möglich.
Selbst am vorletzten Tag, mitten im traffic yam von Delhi, tat er wundersamerweise umgehend eine dringend benötigte, saubere Toilette auf.

Wir können ihn hiermit in jeder Hinsicht weiter empfehlen! Thank's a lot, Ajit!!!

I went from Delhi, to Agra, Jaipur and finished at Udaipur and its no small feat to say that I arrived safely and in one piece. Anil knew exactly how to get everywhere and took all Indian traffic and roads could throw at him.
