My wife and I were really impressed with the service received from Ashok Taxis and our special driver Gurmeet. We were met at New Delhi station as our train arrived - by both Mr Ashok and Gurmeet, and all plans for our 5 days to Agra, Jaipur, and back to New Delhi proceeded as planned.

Gurmeet provided excellent service, and a driving style that allowed us to relax even amidst the hectic traffic of cities. He also guided us in choosing sightseeing, and was keen to understood our preferences - ever patient as we lapped up the wonders of the Monkey Temple at Jaipur, and many other amazing sights.

Also the car was comfortable and the air-conditioning always welcome. We've no hesitation in our recommendation of Ashok's Taxis as a genuine, honest, service-orientated company, providing safety and great value.

A serious and good planning of the route by Ashok (who also called us twice during the travel to ask for our convenience) and his team was provided.

Then we met a kind, polite, professional and well-informed taxi driver (Rinku), who is an excellent driver on the busy roads in India.

No extra tours (with provisions for the taxi service) occured, which made our short stay a very informative, beautiful and unforgetable holiday.

We went, with our two children of 11 and 13 years old, on a tour of 12 days in Rajasthan with the company of Ashok.

From the first contact with Ashok, he has always responded very quickly and professionally to all of my emails.

The day we arrived in Delhi at the airport, our driver Rishi was present as expected. Without Rishi, our trip in Rajasthan would not have been the same. We felt safe with him.

He knows his country very very good, we learned a lot of interesting thing about India.

He gave us good advices about the things to see or things to be careful. Rishi is very cautious on the roads, ride in India is an adventure, it is better to have a cautious driver.

A big thank you to him for his kindness and availability, also to tasting delicious samosas, our children loved it.

Do not hesitate booking with Ashok's company.

We did based on previous reviews and were lucky enough to have Rishi as our driver for 4 days.

Rishi was a super safe driver, laughed at our jokes, took us where we wanted to go (even if it wasn't the usual tourist trail) and we had the best time with him and regard him as a friend. He made the 4 days we had touring around a highlight. RISHI was vigilant in advising how much we should be paying for things and also of any tourist traps.

We were genuinely sad when we left his company. He treated us as he would a family member and we will be forever grateful to have met him.
